IL-TERT is here to support Illinois 9-1-1 centers with reliable, professional mutual aid—whenever and wherever it’s needed. In addition to assisting during large-scale or state-declared emergencies at the request of IEMA, we continue to strengthen partnerships with agencies across Illinois to ensure preparedness and resilience.

We’re actively encouraging more 9-1-1 centers to join IL-TERT! Enrollment is straightforward, and the benefits are meaningful: member agencies gain access to free training for their Telecommunicators and can request qualified mutual aid during critical incidents.
